How Rates Work
How we determine your rate
Your monthly rate is based on the level of personal care and supervision needed. Every new resident receives an in-home assessment before move-in so we can confirm the most accurate rate within our range.
Monthly rental charges cover the room only. Care services are billed separately based on the level of care required. We also offer respite and short-term care.
Included in Your Room Rate
What your monthly rent covers
- A private bedroom, single occupancy
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Access to shared living, dining, and kitchen spaces
- Family communication and open visitation
Billed Separately
Care services, based on level of care
These are assessed and billed separately from your room rate:
- Personal care assistance — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- 24-hour on-site caregiving supervision
- Medication management
- Home-cooked meals and snacks
- Access to a physician and registered nurse on call

- Private pay
- Washington Apple Health / Medicaid, at the state contract rate, subject to eligibility
